| How do you pronounce "Kuai" and what does it mean? | |
| It's pronounced like "why" with a k in front. It is Mandarin Chinese for "fast/quick". | |

| Our doors opened for business on October 27th, 2006. | |
| Is this a chain or franchise? | |

Kuai is still just a baby. If we were a chain, it would only have
2 links! Thanks to a very devoted customer base, we're on our way. Currently, there are no franchising opportunities available. |

A variety of Asian cuisine can be seen on our menu...Chinese, Japanese,
Indian, Thai and Vietnamese cover most of the influences you'll find in our restaurant. |
